    • Clearly state the reason for the exchange and provide details of the product you would like in exchange.

  3. Shipping for Exchange:

    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product for exchange.
    • Sufitales will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product to you.

  4. Inspection and Approval:

    • Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.
    • Once approved, we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement product.

  5. Non-eligible Items:

    • Personalized or custom-made handcrafted products may not be eligible for exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  6. Defective or Damaged Items:

    • In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged handcrafted product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and replacement, covering all associated shipping costs.
